That's where STAR Voting comes in! 🌟 With STAR Voting, voters can show their full and honest support for each candidate. That creates a path for independent and 3rd party candidates to run and win elections, allowing us to elect politicians that represent the people! 💫
The traditional voting system doesn't function fairly when there are more than 2 candidates in a race. When there are 3 or more candidates, the majority can lose. Knowing this, voters avoid voting for 3rd party and independent candidates, which solidifies the 2 party system. 🧵

Want to share your love of STAR Voting in your community? Try writing an Op-Ed or letter to the editor! Check the word limits and guidelines for your local paper. Op-Eds are generally longer, while letters to the editor are generally shorter (and more likely to be accepted).
