A couple of times a week or so, we like to have a change from meat based meals. This full veggie breakfast has almost 4 or our 5 a day and is sensational. Please forgive the slightly overdone egg, I’m not flawless. Mushrooms, tomatoes, veg black pudding, smoked tempeh, avocado etc.
