Here the Gpt 5.2 thinking model is locking onto the assumption each glyph is unambiguous. The correct way is to treat A or H as ambiguous and resolve toward a globally coherent meaning:

So gpt 5.2 thinking seems to get confused by my relevance realization problem based on visual tokenization. 4o got it partially right, then 5.2 thinking ‘corrected’ the part it got right.

• Astaire: one iconic “gentleman-headglide” moment, probably made to look effortless and witty.
• Rogers: she could, but it’d show up only if it served the scene/character or a duet concept—less as a standalone flex.
