Well, there was the story of Yours, Mine, Ours, and Base Camp. Though I don't know if that entirely qualifies. But it was entirely off the cuff, so, here's a one in a million game session story involving Ours the donkey.

Our knack for names is rather broad. My mage (deceased) owned a mule named Ours. He also had a quarterstaff named Mine. The rogue has a bow named Yours. And the dwarven warrior has a 4 gallon barrel of beer which was both named and labeled Base Camp.

Which got really interesting today.

GM: "Alright, what are you doing?"
Dwarf: "I'm setting up base camp."
GM: "You're making camp?"
Dwarf: "No, I set down the barrel, Base Camp."
Mage: "Good thing you didn't put it on my mule, he runs away faster than we do."
Dwarf: "You mean ours."
Mage: "What? No- it's my mule."
Dwarf: "Yes, your mule named Ours."
Mage: "Oh, right."
GM: "So the rest of you are still hunting?"
Rogue: "Yes."
GM: "The woods get very quiet."
Warrior: "Hmm- I'll start heading back to Base Camp."
GM: "You're running away?"
Warrior: "No, I'm thirsty, I haven't had a beer all day."
Dwarf: "You can't, it's mine."
Mage: "No, Mine is my quarterstaff."
Dwarf: "Not the quarterstaff, the beer. It's my beer."
Mage: "Oh, right."

Later, after my character died:

Warrior: "I'm going to loot the mage's body."
Mage: "There's not much to loot, I've just got a wand and a quarterstaff."
Warrior: "I'll take the quarterstaff then."
Mage: "It's mine."
Warrior: "You're dead."
Mage: "No, its name is Mine. It's Mine, but now its yours."
Dwarf: "No, Yours is the rogue's bow."
Warrior: "Whatver, it's mine."
Mage: "Yes. It's Mine."
Warrior: "No, you're dead."
Mage: "I meant the name."
Warrior: "Right, Mine is mine."
Mage: "And now its yours."
Dwarf: "No, Yours belongs to the rogue."
Warrior: "No it isn't, it's mine."
Mage: "Right. Mine."
Warrior: ".... Look, I'm just taking the quarterstaff."
Mage: "Don't forget the mule."
Dwarf: "That's Ours."

So uh, I did a search to make sure Larosse didn't have any real world associations/meanings I was unaware of, and uh... I have some horrified questions now?

Kiara Fiordan, Bulwark of Lurian - A miniature in plate and gambeson armor with a horned helmet covering most of their face. Their right arm is stretched out to the side holding a sword with a horned guard, and their left is held close to their body grasping a shield. The model is painted in purple and white.

Lorian Bulwark of the Dawn's Break - A golem-like construct covered in full plate armor with a heavy gorget, holding a metal maul in two hands. The armor is silver and brass, with purple cloth and white leather.

Krixis the Gilded, War-Chief - A human sized portly draconic figure points to the right while shouting orders and swinging a sword in its left hand. The figure wears an upper body covering of chain and a steel plate gorget over its rust colored scales. Numerous bits of gold jewelry contrast with the teal skirt made of leather strips.

Zirrak Slowblade - a diminutive draconic figure in full plate armor holds a two-handed sword in a low position like a baseball bat. The armor hides most of the face except for an extended snout and horns, while a tail and bare clawed feet stick out below a teal leather skirt and plate leg armor.

3. I've acquired an FDM printer (Bambu Labs P1S) to go with my resin printer (Elegoo Saturn 3 Ultra) so I can start printing out terrain I've been acquiring for years but not had the print volume for, alongside resin figures. And realizing that I need to find places to put the (large) results.

Six Dragonbane miniatures with a zenithal drybrush stuck to empty medicine bottles sat behind an array of zenithal drybrushed buildings from the City of Oxford 1 and 2 sets printed at 10mm scale. One is complete (a small church) while the rest are just the first floor of modular sets, all either rectangular or square. There is also a covered woodpile and outdoor stone oven which are at a 28mm scale.

Two printed models from the City of Tarok set next to a ruler. The larger of the two is a four story half timber house standing about 13 inches (33 centimeters) tall unpainted and unprimed. The smaller is a single story cottage that is half painted and built of brick partially covered in plaster. Both have shingle roofs that are in a state of disrepair. The cottage is just short of half the height of the house if you measure from the top of the chimney, which I am doing.

2. Latest fiddling is stuff purchased from Second Attack, which will be followed by more 3D printed stuff, probably. Trying to balance the desire to acquire more with the desire to actually finish things and have them look good. Trying to make them very vivid to expand my style.

I'm just going to borrow this part from Wikipedia and assume an equivalence between radiation and anti-magic via the disruption to reality. There's something twisted yet appealing about the idea that irradiating yourself would make you immune to magic for the rest of your short life, though...

If built and detonated, Sundial would have created a fireball up to 50 kilometers (30 miles) in diameter, instantly igniting everything within 400 kilometers (250 miles) and causing a magnitude 9 earthquake. It was thought that the explosion would lead to an apocalyptic nuclear winter, drastically lowering global temperatures and contaminating water sources, resulting in mass fatalities.

This is what I use as I've got things I take twice a day. It's also convenient for when I'm out of the house, since I can take the individual portions. Refills on Sundays, after breakfast, before dinner, so I always know what it should feel like.

The dead slept in an aquatic afterlife, a la Inside, and anytime someone used magic to communicate with them, they woke up. Once the communication ended, they had to effectively drown to fall back into eternal slumber.

Properly green now. Except for Lucky. I'm counting the blending as decent but I might go over it all with a green glaze to try and smooth it out more. Pretty happy with the blue though. #miniatures

My most recent trick is just worrying about relative location, assigning important local geography (this place has a lot of rolling hills, that one's known for mountainous forests) and then assign squiggly lines around them as needed.

Decided I'd do some painting for Orctober. Preparation for some green Speedpaint is complete. #miniatures

Need more ideas for deities, though I'm inclined to leave a few blanks for player input. Though the world allows for theoretically infinite old gods. No portfolios, just their likes, dislikes, and a 'nameless resident in a citybuilding game' level of sympathy towards mortals. #worldbuilding

Very happy to realize that I can use miniature base inserts as paint swatch toppers for Pro-Acryl and Vallejo Metal Color flip-top bottles. Plus they're very satisfying to paint. Now I just need to print more of them (and buy more bottle caps).
