This year was my 9th time at #WWDC 😱 It's even crazier if you break down the occasions: 🧊 2 x Apple Design Award winner (2015, 2025) ⭐️ 2 x Apple Design Award finalist (2022, 2023) 🎓 3 x Scholarship winner (2017, 2018, 2019) 😎 2 x Regular attendee (2024, 2026) 🤞 to get my tenth badge next year! 🥳

Last year during #GAAD, Apple put my face on the front page of the App Store! 🦾 At the time, I was at iOSKonf, and Daniel Steinberg decided to start the day with a shoutout about this. 🫶 I still reeeeally cherish this moment & am so grateful to be part of such a lovely community 🫶

Finally can talk about one of the most incredible things: Art of Flora is now hanging in the natural history museum in Graz until 2027! 🌺 You can play exclusive puzzles there, and also take them home with you by scanning a QR-Code! 💚 I’ll tell you more about how this came to be in the future! 🔮

For sounds in Art of Flora, we used a melody that only progresses when you put a tile at the correct spot 🌸 Meaning, if you need multiple tries to find that spot, you will hear the same note over and over again. So @joshmobley.com came up with slight interval changes if you tap a tile repeatedly.

I still love how making these Art of Flora and Art of Fauna puzzles teach me more about the world! For example, I discovered that the unit “carat” originates from carob seeds, which were historically used as counterweights.
