A lot of people from la Côte d’Ivoire here at the show. Seeing these flags everywhere
Fatal crash yesterday in Wayne on a ramp from RT-23 to I-80. According to the article, this is somehow Wayne PD’s jurisdiction instead of the state police? How does this make sense? @jimmybot.com www.rlsmedia.com/article/dead...
Isn’t funny how you can get away with this stuff in the suburbs? Try this in a city and all of a sudden you’re a communist, entitled, anti-working class. (This is a through-street btw. They just don’t want drivers using it as a shortcut.)
Looks like they should check all of the gate assignments for Journal Square. They’re not correct
Looks like they relocated the Haborside @citibikenyc.bsky.social station to Washington and Morgan. Guess that’s the closest we will get to Whole Foods.
@customeradvocate.bsky.social we are getting complaints about invalid gate assignments in the app for buses at Journal Sq. You can see here it says that for the 80, the gate is on Summit Ave. That hasn’t been true for a year
Governor @mikiesherrill.bsky.social, this is the 214th traffic related fatality in the state of New Jersey for 2026. This is a crisis. Please issue an executive order that targets reckless drivers and drivers who obscure their license plates. Warnings should be posted on digital signs across NJ.
Something does need to change. Just another reason insurance rates are skyrocketing in NJ @njsenatedemocrats.bsky.social @njassemblydems.bsky.social www.nj.com/ocean/2026/0...
Someone somewhere recently said bike lanes are overrated and we should build “Dutch streets” where bikes and cars share the street. lol well here’s an example on Broadway, and drivers still misbehaving. And when I was in North & South Holland, drivers were almost aggressive as American drivers.
This is so crazy. Two FedEx trucks blocking the NB lane of West Broadway and all these “working class” people drive these giant SUVs so nobody can pass, and traffic is a mess on Canal because of it. I had to get off my bike, but construction is blocking access to the sidewalk.
This is the third crossing guard killed in NJ since 2024. We need you to act to protect the people who protect our children from being run over by dangerous and distracted drivers. @njassemblydems.bsky.social @mikiesherrill.bsky.social
Hey wait a second. Look what my friend just sent me 😬 . Exactly same thing you wrote too.
I really hope the city will start ticketing vehicles illegally parked in bus stops. This vehicle is so big I had peak my head around it so I would be able to see if the bus is coming so I can flag it down so it doesn’t skip me.
One of the silliest conversations yesterday w/someone who thinks midtown Manhattan is car dependent. But the dumbest thing is they are anti-capitalist but are against bike lanes. It’s like with a lot of anti-bike leftists: car dependency is a problem, nothing we can do about it 🤷🏼♀️
That reminds me. They demolished and rebuilt this diner (dinor if you live in Erie 😭) in East Newark to facilitate this giant parking lot. East Newark is a very small municipality. This lot takes up a considerable amount of space in the borough.
There is an Amazon van partially blocking NB Jersey Ave north of Columbus causes major delays at 5:45 pm during rush hour. It’s delaying buses.
@citibikenyc.bsky.social no open docks at one of the busiest citibike stations in NJ, 0 angel points available.
Maybe someone at @citibikenyc.bsky.social saw my post from the other day, because they have started to give “out angel points” to the Bergen/Sip station. We need a station on Summit on the east part of the PATH station & Bergen Sq to get more stations & bikes for JSQ/West Side and McGinley Sq.
This is a typical day in Journal Sq, McGinley Sq and West Side. All the @citibikenyc.bsky.social stations are empty, and Bergen/Sip is full. For some reason they are giving Angel “in points” instead of “out points”, so there’s no motivation for angels to move these bikes to the empty stations.
If we really care about air quality and removing the harmful pollutants that destroy our lives and community, then we should strive to accomplish what Paris was able to accomplish in less than 10 years.
The McGinley Sq @citibikenyc.bsky.social station has been out of service since yesterday but it has all the bikes in the neighborhood, so there are no bikes at the other stations. This is like the 3rd in the past few weeks this has happened w/this station or another nearby
I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many people waiting at the Grove St PATH bus stop past 8pm. Wonder if people are taking the bus to save money with gas prices so high. Thank you Gov. @mikiesherrill.bsky.social 4 not letting FIFA rip NJT off. We need the $ to improve service for these new riders
Looks like an assemblyman just created an account with Bluesky to stand up for rich, privileged soccer fans who don’t live in New Jersey! Imagine if we had lawmakers who have been paying attention to the rail service disruptions in the past few weeks. 😬
