Spent most of today subjecting my household to Some Like It Hot, a movie from 1959 staring Marilyn Monroe, that was what people in the 50s thought things were like right before the major market crash in 1930. This still holds up so well 60 years later. The dialog is nuts 😂

I don't know what's up with Winston. Ever since he started smoking weed, he just sits there, staring blankly at the wall, not responding, barely moving. He's throwing his whole life away.
I ended up making the chicken curry I used to eat back home in Guyana, mostly so I had an excuse to make Bussupshut, or Parvartha roti, a style of roti that's laminated with butter to have dozens of flakey layers. It's extremely labor intensive, but it's so good 🤤🤤🤤
