I finally watched The Color of Pomegranates (1969) the other night. Never in my entire life has a film affected me the way this one has. It is the most fascinating, beautiful piece of art I have ever encountered and I am still trying to process how it managed to make me feel the way it did. 1/
Continuing today’s “trip down memory lane” theme, I recently logged into my old livejournal to try and find some Very Important Information and instead found this insane list of my favorite live shows of 2005. What a year!
I remember this one selling within hours of being listed and my first thought was “oh shit, I clearly should have charged more”. Time shows that my fears were unfounded.
Could I have held into this one and cashed in for unbelievable amounts of noisebuxxx? Probably? But then I would have had this garbage in my collection for another 20 years. I’m glad he’s dead.

Every D senator should have never stopped trying to impeach him from his first day in office, for all the impeachable shit he’s been doing the entire time. I don’t even know what to say to anyone qualifying impeachment with an “if”.
