What does this 'health care provision' exception cover? Basically *anything* that is provided as a form of care - whether by the NHS, private clinicians, therapists, what have you. All are enabled to politely pursue conversion therapy for 'health care' purposes. 5/

There's further steer on what would be contrary to those professional standards in the subsequent clauses - which basically makes it sheer that you can't literally bully the gay or trans out of someone, but short of that, you're fine to do whatever. Just be polite in denying them care! 4/

Where it falls apart is in the exceptions: it is basically a free-for-all for 'health care' providers to do whatever they want to, provided said practices are not (basically) contrary to whatever professional standards apply to their provision. 3/
