Ghost Stories is such a fascinating watch in japanese Not just because it's neat to see the story as originally written, but also because you'll hear lines from the dub in your head regardless if you wanted to or not. To the point where it completely takes you out of an emotional moment.
One day they'll actually announce a FF13 trilogy port with a speedup feature instead of something to do with either FF14 (again) or whatever mobile game silliness square is up to. Wake me up when they do chatroom.

Was (unfortunately) talking about Cross Ange the other day and I couldn't stop laughing over how they came up with a pretty interesting design for Tusk before turning him into the most boring male character design I've ever seen in the medium of anime good lord.
Also this show has Elpeo Ple, and that it worth its weight in gold...I love this silly billy so much you have no idea. Although I still don't super duper care for how the story of the Ple Clones are handled personally, but it's still fine.
I completely forgot that Lalah's ghost shows up at the very end of Gundam ZZ And she looks so weird in the Zeta/ZZ artstyle....
Tales of the Abyss is one of the few RPGs I've played where you can take advantage of a war economy driven by scarcity to make a massive profit.

What a great shot to end on honestly, I love this fucking game so much.
Unfortunately this is still one of the weaker final bosses in the series in terms of giving you the final exam. Any amount of thought towards your materia combinations will win you the day. He doesn't deal enough damage throughout the fight to really pressure you. Presentation is good though.
Rufus surviving this is probably the funniest thing Final Fantasy has ever done I can't lie.
Sometimes you don't feel like trying and just want to beat the boss in one attack (I did steal the Rising Sun don't worry)
I named her Rise because I couldn't think of a better name and it felt topical...
It is kind of interesting how this is still one of the most powerful weapons you'll see in any Final Fantasy though.

Also insanely criminal that the genuinely scary descent into the Gi Cave was lost in the remake as well.
Still can't believe they essentially got rid of these two areas in Rebirth by replacing them with an elevator. They're so good at making you feel like you're going somewhere you *really* shouldn't be........
