Just another dipshit from Chicago. Bits and jokes and jokes and bits. Photos, sometimes acting, mostly nonsense. Banner image thanks to @chgohoods.bsky.social
It’s not everybody’s cup of tea, but I recommend the Swear Trek oeuvre. (It’s the @effinbirds.com guy, if I’m not mistaken.)
Look at this smug twerp. Let’s see, when’d they decide to commission an equestrian statue of Reagan? TWO THOUSAND NINE??!!?? “You know what’ll really show those liberal commies?” “What?” “Twink Reagan on an aggrieved horse.” “HELL yeah, Glenn!”
Apparently, this is where the Mormons ended up when they got kicked out of Missouri. At least according to a monument stone that was too close to some passers-by for me to feel comfortable taking a photo.
Screw this, it’s too hot, I’m not happy it’s this hot. This bridge is closed, it’s too hot.
I did show my-wife’s-cousin-the-priest (and his spry af 81-year-old mom) @mostlybree.kitrocha.com’s post, & @edsbs.bsky.social’s “eat shit, you’re out of hat club,” after confirming he didn’t mind a little language. And said he should look up @clairewillett.bsky.social.
I have grievously screwed myself by deciding I wanted to be an informed consumer of photo developing products. I now have too much chemistry information, and gained new ways to ask myself “is this the best possible option???” Cool book, but, uh, I’m overwhelmed.
It’s crazy. I got to take a tour before they re-opened it. The third photo is what all the interior stone looked like before. Also, the tables and chandeliers were replicated from existing ones, and they took out all the metal library shelves.
Made my own dark cloth/focus cloth. My “tee hee, contrast stitching!” choice only served to highlight the absolute butchery. (We’re not talking about what happened to the corners.)

Hang on, did they add more options since this morning, because I was delighted by my results
