At the end of the protest there was gathering of at least 100 protestors holding homemade flowers, butterflies and rains drops. A metaphor of how protesting and speaking up for our neighbors melts ice and nourishes the citizens who want justice and opportunity for everyone.
The starting point for me on 59 street across from Central Park. I could not believe this beautiful and gigantic replica of the constitution, the signatures and the brim we of protestors who were proudly holding it. These pictures hardly do this work of art and patriotism the justice.
So glad to see President Clinton respond to the cherry-picked released documents. I doubt anyone in Bondi’s office has the attention span or the critical reading skills to understand this statement.
I agree. She has to do much more than this if she wants to redeem herself. She was one of the elected official who got us here. Does anyone else remember how she treated Obama and Biden?
That’s hilarious. Voted early on SI today along with my son a& my husband. ( We met you at the June protest & my husband called your show) Anyway, lots of young people voting early today which is a positive sign. My son is now at the Mamdani, AOC, Bernie event in Forest Hills. 🌊

On my way out this morning I heard there was a shooting in Minnesota. Then at the rally today I saw this protest sign. This is too much.
What is this? On my way home from the protest in NYC. Passing 26 Federal Plaza. Police cars lined up and police behind barricades. No protestors. No immigrants. Waste. Fraud. Abuse. NYC. What the hell?

So much room to move. So sparse. Unlike the No Kings rally I marched in today in NYC. It was packed. And peaceful.
