So, while training a human-eating tiger to eat a target, the tiger found a flaw in its cage, ate through the cage, the trainer and then ate the target, wreaking havoc along the way? Perhaps we need to rethink this. I don't think instructing the tiger to behave is the best policy.

Despite our 150% normal rains last month, northeastern New England is still in a serious drought deficit, not as bad as the Colorado River basin, but not a good trend.
