It does have the swirls that all of Bandai’s metallic parts do, but because of the finish it’s not nearly as noticeable. The purple is almost a pearl finish and the gold is a really smooth gloss

I also like how this has a different rifle than the standard one, but it’s actually a new mold compared to the old GMs that also had this rifle #gundam #gundam

I really like that the internal mechanism section is its own thing with the shin armor and rear thruster on top of them. Plus it’s nice to have an extra point of articulation at the top #gundam #gunpla

There’s a lot of color correction that these need, the red on the cockpit and head (which I accidentally painted yellow) and the shoulder thrusters so far #gundam #gunpla

Ted’s Builds@tedsgundams· 14d All the accessories are pretty simple, the thrusters are all single pieces that have a 3mm peg so they can go anywhere. The energy shield is also really cool, it has some details in it but hey don’t show up well on camera

I have a few of these that i picked up recently and since I don’t have as much time right now it’s nice to build them quickly #gunpla
Ted’s Builds@tedsgundams· 15d Just a few more comparisons between the two kits! I’m impressed by the level of detail on the EG even with way fewer parts. The Hg wings do have an extra bit of articulation at the base also.
And it can still transform and looks fine, mostly because it’s such a simple transformation #gundam #gunpla
Ted’s Builds@tedsgundams· 16d A little disappointed in pbandai and fedex, the box was barely sealed and way too big for the 2 kits plus it got crushed at some point so both kit boxes were a bit crushed even after I straightened them out a bit. Either way I’m excited for both of these kits, a new Barbatos and another GQ Gelgoog
Ted’s Builds@tedsgundams· 16d Overall I’ve got to say this poses pretty well! For the second photo I swapped the shield from the HG on since it actually opens and has a beam saber, EG has neither of those. All my green blades are packed so we have pink. #gundam #gunpla
Ted’s Builds@tedsgundams· 17d Just a quick comparison of the HGAC Revive and the EG Wing. They look really close, other than the chest sensor the HG is a bit more vibrant. The white on the EG is also slightly off white. The HG Buster rifle does have the yellow separated, but I painted the other details on it #gundam #gunpla

I’m really happy the way the panel lining on the head came out and the way the paint came out on the vents inside the shoulders. Ted’s Builds@tedsgundams· 20d Some more pictures of the White Dingo Sniper II. Luckily the Bluetac is holding the rifle in the hand pretty well so that’s not as much of an issue anymore. The kit poses so well and there was no issue at all getting it to kneel unlike most HG kits either #gundam #gunpla

It’s just those damn hands that are already annoying me. It even comes with some of the parts for the finger swapping style! But that’s my only complaint I have #gundam #gunpla
Ted’s Builds@tedsgundams· 21d I completely forgot about the rifle, it’s been sitting on the drying rack for nearly a week at this point lol. But it’s together now and came out pretty well other than some overspray on the stock. I really do like the jewel detail for the sensor too #gunpla #gundam

Ted’s Builds@tedsgundams· 25d Nearly everything in my room is packed now, i condensed 3 1/2 shelves of mostly gunpla into just this and even most of these are going to get packed up soon, I’m just nervous about packing the MGs and RGs because they’re more fragile.

It took forever to connect to my phone either with the wire or Bluetooth, it would randomly change the volume and usually mute songs, and it randomly changed speed of podcasts that I listened to

This is also my first experience with the fully articulated MG hands and honestly I already hate them after just putting on a single hand.
