I bitch about weather like I've never played in snow, but with my ankle I don't want to risk prolonging my return to the game I love. Here are some snow photos from rounds on a course my buddy Andrew Kahl owned and designed, Circle 2 Disc Golf 2 Clapps course in Bradford, Maine.

Hole one was a 440 par 4 you had to earn by nailing a perfect placement shot that gave you a 270' shot into the green. Once you made the green you were greeted with a 10' elevated basket. Still to this day I feel it's the hardest starting hole of any course I've ever played. True shame the course wasn't closer to the city of Bangor to get the traffic the course needed to survive. Andrew had to close the course last year.

The snow sure does make the photo pretty, but I remember how damn cold it was that round :D

If MVP ever needs a photographer, I know a guy! One of my favorite shots I've taken on the course.

I really miss this course and these people with my whole heart.

Knew it was in out of my hand! Hole 13, HV Griffin park, Shelbyville Tennessee! What I thought was going to be a good sign for my music city open redemption from 2023 ended up being one of the only coolest parts of that weekend

Hole 3 at Farmlife Disc Golf Course in Farmlife, NC is a hidden gem of a course that features tight wooded lines, water hazards, and some lines that just make you throw your bag in frustrations. The people are what make Farmlife DGC truly special!

Cadence Burge approaches hole 7's green during round 2 of the 2024 Doubles World Championships.

I was fortunate the card allowed me to follow my buddy Blake Poland and record his rounds as he competed.

I got to meet Cadence and her father as well as Aiden Scott, all lovely people and great advocates of the sport!

Cadence and Aiden finished the doubles weekend tied for 11th and Blake Poland and his partner Ariel Walker of Charlotte finished 7th! Truly a great weekend that I wish I stayed for more rounds.

I've worked with Blake Poland on my game for a year now, after 4-5 sessions he's put me on a path of success in my disc golf game. I've gained 75' on my back hand along with the most accuracy I've had of the tee in my short time in the sport, all thanks to his guidance and friendship.

So you can imagine how elated when he welcomed me to record a couple rounds for content and see the man put in work, not only that but he said he'd caddie a tourney for me in exchange for the work!! I'm truly hoping for more content with Blake this 2025 season.

Aiden Scott just has it man, just so smooth and effortless distance. He was a joy to watch play!

Blake's card was on a back up and I spotted two of my favorite players Calvin Heimburg and James Proctor through the woods on another hole.

I said to myself, "self", cause that's what I call, myself, "you are a photographer and those are your favorite players...don't make it weird take the photo and be done". I tried to be as inconspicuous as possible and snapped this photo :)
