But to enable public on the actual board you have, and mean people who arent logged in can view, click on the board itself (the small pencil icon that appears), then select Make board publicly accessible and hit save. A url will appear there.
It's very ... counter intuitive in Planka tbh. Open the board, click the padlock in the top right to allow editing of the board settings. You can then make the board Shared / Private (so it appears to other logged in users or not) under the very TOP header - the project - (on the second tab) 1 / 2
Hmm, thats odd - you should be able to see that board after you are logged in, as it should be public to everyone that is signed in ... The public link for it is: notes.furryfandom.me/public-board... Got an update for the public view to make it look like the "normal" view, just haven't published!
