With the shutdown of Team Fortress 2’s servers we are also cancelling planned further development for the game. However as compensation for this we here at Valve have decided to Release some of the now forever unused assets here to you all.
After nearly 19 years of providing players countless hours of fun, it is with a heavy heart that we here at Valve announce that the public severs for Team Fortress 2 will be shut down. Thank you for joining us on this ride, after 19 years of development hopefully it was worth it! ❤️
