Having salad for lunch(shout out to Perry's Joint):

A lettuce wrapped sandwich, in white butcher paper on a wood table, cut in half. Inside the sandwich is layered, top to bottom, sliced turkey, avocado, thin sliced onion, cheese, roast beef and mayo and French mustard. All of the portions are substantial, and the sandwich looks as if it would easily make two meals

My spouse has been away and out of contact for the past week. Normally, the dog goes to work with them, and Peanut seems to be upset that she's not getting her car rides. So now I'm sitting in the back of the car with her pretending that we're going somewhere.

Visuals:

Newest member of the household.

A smaller sized mostly bulldog. She is brindle lying on a Persian rug in front of a couch. The disruptive coloration on the intricate background hides twisted bulldog frame and impressive musculature.

She remains, as of yet, unnamed.

The bed in question:

A human sized light gray dog bed in the corner of an office. It has a couple of pillows and a comforter. It is on a 16 inch raised platform with an extra memory foam bad on it. If there were a person in it, they'd be very comfortable.

The two above mentioned knives, along with a custom Danish friction folder. I have others, but these are the ones I like that I can also carry to school.

My favorite pen is the Waterman Carene in marine amber. It draws its lines from speed boats, for a double aquatic reference.

The pen has a smooth integral nib that neatly aligns with the body and mimics the prow of a speedboat, while the end of the barrel evokes a slant back stern. The coating of the body is a reddish brown that appears to have translucent and shimmering depth.

I love this inequality. It's the basis of the engineering approximation that 3 dB is a factor of 2 (or one half).

A progression of inequalities, starting with log base 10 of 2 greater than 0.3.

Both sides are multiplied by 10. By log rules for multiplication, the left side becomes log base 10 of 2 to the tenth power, while the right side becomes simply three.

The log is resolved by raising 10 to both sides. On the left, the log disappears, leaving only 2 to the tenth. The right side becomes 10 to the third power.

Simplifying the exponents results in 1024 greater than 1000, which is true, so the original inequality is also true.
