Decided to dress up a little for work today.

Ice just murdered a man again. Trigger warning, this is a hard watch.

Early dinner, late lunch. Baked Cornish hen with asparagus and cherry tomatoes.

And done.

Starting the weekend off right. Baked garlic chicken, Brussels sprouts, and cherry tomatoes. It's finishing in the oven now to cook the tomatoes.

Treated myself to roasted asparagus with diced shallots and garlic, and a filet mignon with sauteed sliced shallots and whole garlic cloves. And plenty of Kerrygold butter.

Sleeting in Columbia

I tried something new last night. I made beef and broccoli with rice in the rice cooker and it turned out delicious.

I'm afraid to admit that tiktok influenced me and I got the "boneless" couch. It's still "inflating" from the shrink wrap packaging, but I love it so far.

Found some beautiful smokey quartz at the river today.

Sunday is for grilling.
