It's very cruel of #Chewy to send a "we miss you" "come back" offer in the mail after they assured me when I deleted my account-- because MY CAT DIED FFS--that I wouldn't be hearing from them again. Even their having sent a Condolence card at the time feels fake now. #dobetter #ffs #wrongmove
