Growing up during era of video rentals there are certain actors I’ll always have an affinity for because a VHS cover was instantly recognisable from that time. Sam Neill definitely one of those. Always enjoyed seeing him turn up in anything. Hunt For The Wilderpeople a favourite. Sad loss.

I was sorry to read this yesterday. Worked with Brian for a short time nearly 30 years ago. Knew he was a musician but didn’t know his music & I didn’t know his art. He was just a really nice guy. There’s a lot to be said for that. Never crossed paths again but I always remembered him. RIP
Nothing hugely surprising. Would have loved to see Osmand get a start. And it’s slightly sad that I think there’s a fair chance Reo has already played his last game for us 🍀
Really pleased with this. As the No.1 member of the Yang fan club I think he gets better & better. Plus there’s more to come. I quite fancy a forward line of Yang, Osmand & Jota when he gets fit 🍀

I can’t think of another young player I’ve seen making his debut & almost instantly thought he’s definitely a player (maybe Liam Miller). But at the game against Falkirk I nudged my son after Osmand had been on the ball a couple of times & said just that. I think we’ve got a real star on our hands 🍀
It must have been February that I started watching every game wearing this combo with a feeling (hope) it was going to come down to the final day between us & Hearts. Didn’t think we’d be playing each other. And watching the game with my Hearts supporting brother-in-law definitely wasn’t planned! 🍀

Just finished listening to the audiobook of this. An absolutely brilliant autobiography. Every minute of it was entertaining. Exactly what you want from a musician’s book, loads of wild, bizarre & reckless anecdotes. Thoroughly recommend it.

Just finished reading this. I thought it was an excellent biography & I’d highly recommend to anyone with a passing interest. Really well written, covers a period that’s mostly glossed over elsewhere & fairly appraises the music within that period. I loved it.

Favourite films of 2025. An ok year. Not a vintage. Probably better than 2024 though.
