Followed up w my 4th week in my a Wendler cycle. If you're new to lifting and need a program, fidn your 1 rep max for back squat, bench, deadlift and strict press. Then provide those to Claude and ask to for a wendler dashboard. Great way to figure out what to lift. Here's my result.
I spent a couple of years focusing on my Murph time and 5km run, so haven't done oly lifting in ages. Today I'm back at moving a bar. 4 sets of 5 reps, power snatch @ 40 kg. 1 min rest between sets. 4 sets of 5 reps, power clean @ 50 kg. 1 min rest between sets.
Interesting. The business' value has basically doubled in the past 12 months.

Just before Covid, in Europe, I saw the smallest and most intriguing cars. 1-2 seaters, entirely electric, and could park 2-3 to a typical parking spot. It was amazing and I wish were more widespread.
