Now that I am back home, allow me to round out my coffee hijinks: - Hagen, a new to me Scandinavian coffee place - last morning Monmouth coffee and finally a good baked good al fresco this am
Today’s London espresso count: - a cortado from Chestnut Bakery (love that place) - flat white from a random place on Fleet Street (no barber around)
After a delightful (late) evening out, today’s multiple espressos are from Watchhouse.
Today’s second cortado was from Abuelo, the cafe I was sitting at last summer when United called and offered me my job. Took @willguisbond.com to lunch there to share the good vibes. He’s very well caffeinated now.
I am back in London, which means it’s time for @airlineflyer.net to judge my coffee decisions. Jason, you’ll be pleased to know I walked past Blank Street yesterday to have my first double espresso of the trip from my favorite place, Monmouth Coffee (h/t @blainplanes.bsky.social)
Goodness and ego, simultaneously Welcome to DC on July 4, 2026
I’m sorry, but what? These are an option again? I want. In pink. Bedazzled, please.
My brain needed some peace today. Found it in my usual spot.
World Cup live and streaming on my United flight? Heck yes.
Are you invading our country with your good butter, sensible work schedules and greatly superior bread products? Because if so I am ok with that.
