Pathoplexus then automatically pulls in that citation from CrossRef, and applies it to every sequence you have cited. So now, sequences have a "Cited in" section that lists all the publications that have made use of them. [6/n]
SeqSets are our solution to this. When you cite data from Pathoplexus in a paper you should create a SeqSet, a list of the sequences you used, and mint a DOI for it. You then cite that in your references. [5/n]
