guess who stole the absorbent pad from a pack of meat out of the trash and ATE IT? (it’s ok, the emergency vet made him puke it up)
i’m really enjoying the intermittent sensor problems on my Nikon D50 #shittycamerachallenge
my desk. 1960s-ish, handed down to me by an older friend. i have some books and art that are older, my partner's cast iron cookware is older. but i spend 40 hours a week sitting at this desk.
yeah, the hrv didn’t prove useful for me. it did collect the heart rate data i wanted, but i couldn’t export it from the app or manipulate it the way i'd like to. i’m not really their target audience, though. i’m probably a market segment of one when it comes to health-monitoring widgets, tbh.
I had to make this map for a friend when I was explaining where to find the hummingbirds near our work 😆
finished carefully hand-washing and waxing my truck this morning, so OF COURSE now it looks like it’s about to rain 😑
if you're going to introduce your feature with a warning that it's often wrong, WHY WOULD YOU FUCKING LAUNCH IT?!
My ex went to Switzerland with me one time and refused to believe the fountains were safe to drink from. And yeah, if they were in the US, they’d have gross, chlorinated, recirculating water. I would never drink from one here. But it’s Switzerland, so the water’s good.
my pharmacy often has seasonal decorations crafted from pill bottles, it’s so charming
i love how our vet’s office takes such good care of our dogs they remembered that Greta has trouble standing back up from slippery floors, so they put a yoga mat in the exam room for her 🥹
YES. Great game, I’m glad the last home game of the season ended on a high note.
to be fair, sometimes this is the bottle :-/ people shouldn’t be asking chatgpt, but manufacturers really should put dosage info somewhere more prominent
I don’t have many pictures of Greta playing her new trick on me (she’s too wiggly and I’m too busy petting her), but it’s adorable.
i recently saw an apartment with this layout, and i’m still mad about it. it’s jarring to have a wall there as you enter, but forgivable if the closet opens towards the front door or even the living room—nice to have a coat closet, even if it’s awkwardly placed but this is NOT a coat closet!
i wasn't sure if i should get a fisheye lens--too single-purpose? i haven't even gotten out of the house with it yet, but it makes my dogs look like cartoon characters, so we're off to a great start!
I normally sat right where that pair of trash cans is. if i hadn’t gone upstairs to find the building manager i’d have been hit by the ceiling tile.
