39. Aliens vs Avengers This is a genuinely fantastic book, that's way better and more thought out than something with a title as basic as this would have you believe. Being more a Prometheus than Aliens tale, this is written as an actual story instead of just a bug hunt, and it's great.
38. Fallen Aces - Episode 1: Heart Of Glass. I really enjoyed this one. It feels so open in the ways you can get around and have fun, and it feels like you really are in an old noir comic book. Gun play and combat are simple enough but that just makes it feel all the more fun.

37. Stray Dog My first Kurosawa film, and man I enjoyed it. Being able to do so much with a straightforward and simple premise, I was enraptured watching every minute of it. You can really feel the wanted effect of extreme heat in play as well. A great and focused little noir.

Even the ending, which people still fight over at points: I get how it can be a turn off but I still fucked with it. It takes a lot of guts to try and do a "Just this one every one lives" style end, and I think it's so earnest that it sold me. Also Yuko lives. Yay.
Unfortunately I'm dumb as rocks I ain't finding that golden land.
