Herb & salt focaccia done. I haven't made it with this topping before, so we'll see how I did with the ratios once it's cooled down a bit. It was very hard to tell how much salt I was putting on it.(Sure, you can see it now on the browned bread, but the pale dough was a different story!)

This very cool box was made for me by one of my clients. Technically a jewellery box, but I don't wear much jewellery these days (although I do still have a bunch in tackle boxes packed away). What cool things should I keep in it, friends? The inside is about 30cm long so it's a good sized box.

Since I got the fox plushies, my bf has been finding them in random positions on the floor. He just leaves them there and carries on, no questions asked. He had to move them today so our lil robo vac could do his job. This is where he carefully placed them.

Now tasted by us both, and it was delicious! Crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. The chilli cheese gives it a bit of a bite that would build up if you have too much at once though I think. @mostlybree.kitrocha.com am I a full member of the Bread Cult now? 😂
