When the undecideds are asked to choose, Becerra stays put at 28%, and Steyer and Hilton move up to 23%. Democrats can lock out the Trumpsters! Get those ballots in for Tom Steyer! (According to Nate Silver's poll rankings, Emerson is the best firm polling the CA governor race.)
