Here’s my take on the Louisiana Constitutional Amendments: No one 1,2,3 and 4. Yes on 5 The reason to vote yes on 5 is that the majority of judges a no vote will force to retire are African American. And the amendment was written and sponsored by members of the New Orleans delegation
