i only watched one movie (or extra long finale to an animated show on youtube) this past week but it was pretty good
The Luminous Dead my favorite novel in a while, some incredibly gripping scifi horror as well as good messy gay feelings. i love lesbians
Star Sword Nemesis loved it. had to take a break from a different novel that was boring me and some good gay gundam-inspired sci-fi was perfect for that
haven't really messed with it yet beyond setting stuff up but i finally got an ereader!
My Broken Mariko was in the mood to read something that'd make me sob and this sure did. incredibly devastating manga about grief that's short but rarely lets up even with it having really expressive and at times goofy art.
The Undead Complex The kind of sequel that makes me wonder if the first book wasn't as good as i remember it. At times cute but largely kinda boring and an obnoxiously mean spirited. Any time Theodore talked I wanted to stop reading.
sometimes you just need to rewatch ghost in the shell so you can watch that scene where motoko rips her own arms apart
five episodes into G-Reco, feels like the animation eclipses every other Gundam show in both its fun character animation as well as in its really cool mech fights
hasn't been long since i started working out for long but this post-workout pic is good anyway
The Tombs of Atuan Finally back to reading more Earthsea, very different from the first book and I think i ended up liking it more. Very focused on gender (and cults) being garbage. And tombs being very dark.
Revenge of the Sith Adds a lot of fun and interesting stuff to the script, though a lot of the movie's problems are still there and if anything it ends up making a lot of the stuff around Anakin and Padme worse. Had a good time reading it though.
