How are there so many beloved BBC journalists who look exactly like this and are also wildly racist pedophiles? At least I only have to learn about them when they die, but that seems to happen every couple of months now.
Unfortunately I don’t have a photo of the whole thing, but this poster for KitKat Club is probably the most offensive example I’ve seen in Berlin.
Productive morning in Berlin: picked up my new Aufenthaltserlaubnis at the Ausländerbehörde and happened to ride past a burned out car (the first really good one I’ve seen in a year or two).
I would learn German and get my German citizenship solely to be able to vote for a politician who would pledge to get these fucking vehicles out of our bike lanes and off of our sidewalks. Fuck Amazon, obviously, but also fuck every other company doing this shit.
Here’s an email I got from Scott Horton when I contacted him last month to confirm that he runs this account. There’s something very wrong with this guy, and yet I see him posting misinformation and ripping off actual journalists in my feed every day, because Bluesky runs on this shit.

Watching a Телеканал СПАС segment about Americans in Russia and it’s wild to see the guy from NJ who claims to own the copyright to the Pine Tree Riots song recently featured on the DHS IG hanging out in Moscow with prominent neo-Nazi Charles Bausman.
It’s especially odd that many of the early posts from the “Scott Horton” account are AI-generated memes, verbatim rip-offs of random physics facts from viral tweets, etc.
Watching this for the first time and thinking about how annoying it would be if the first big epic film about the fall of America comes out in 2034 and Bovino is an ice cold badass villain with sick lines.
It really sucks that you can leave America but almost anywhere you move will be downstream of America and sooner or later every piece of American trash is going to wash up in your backyard.

Found a new favorite Berlin spot (it’s a poplar grove with a good mix of sun and places for setting up a hammock)
From two trips to the US last year. Nothing between us to protect me from them either time. One of these situations was super chill and the other was scary as fuck.
Five stars, would recommend if you’re in Berlin and want a nice view all to yourself.

I just thought to check on what Chris Roach has been up to since we ID‘d him as a Nazi groyper in WIRED last fall, and I have news: he’s now senior counsel at a law firm that’s doing some amazing things with Papyrus and mustaches (that’s his CEO on the right).
