I am finally living up to my username, and have a tree fern growing in my yard. Dicksonia Antartica. I have named her Richard. In awe of the size of this lass. #ferns #treeferns #gardening
Coincidentally, today is the first time I have ever seen the gorgeous maidenhair fern out in the wild! These are a favorite for people to grow indoors but they usually die because of lack of moisture. This cluster was right around a seep in a cliff.
