At the Reflecting Pool, and guys, this doesn't look right.

My friend Judi is visiting and we're reminiscing about our friend who died a year ago today (Elsa). Judi's looking through my old photo albums and one picture caught my eye. I couldn't DM this photo to him, so I thought I'd post it. Feel free to claim credit for it if you want!

This is my favorite hot dish. My mom (Linda, who submitted the recipe) makes this usually once a year. (Reposting cuz I forgot Alt text first time)

Chicken Casserole (from Ann Goins)
Cook a whole chicken - save broth - take meat from it and put in a dish.
Mix a small can of evaporated milk and a can of cream if chicken - pour over the chicken.
Wet a package of Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing with the broth - not heavily. Pour over the milk and soup.
Bake 20-30 minutes at 350°.

I finished watching a movie (The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare) to find there were two others in the audience. Reesie (the one in the back) has recently "discovered" this chair & it looks like Pippin will sit in it if he gets to snuggle with big sis. #CatsOfBluesky

The person's body is pointing to the side but its face is facing the viewer with the eyes looking opposite to where the plant is. The person has baggy shorts and a v-neck shirt, socks, and gym shoes on.

The feminine figure has its arms wrapped around its waist and is walking forward (well, that's my interpretation). There is a hint of a skirt and of hair on the feminine figure and its caption is "harrumph!"

Pencil sketches of two "Filled-Out Constructions." The first is a side-view of a feminine shaped figure with her hand in a pocket and her legs together. I captioned it "listening to a mansplainer." The second is a feminine shaped figure head on with her arms behind her back and with one leg behind the other. I wonder if this figure is meant to be "coquettish?"

For December, I'm going to try drawing a lesson a day from Begin to Draw People by Christopher Hart. Here are Days 25&6. (Forgot to post yesterday's!) #DrawDecember

Pencil sketch or more "Warm-Ups: More Tips." This is three stick figures with rectangular torsos to help with posing. The first figure has its hair in a bun and breasts and has its hands on its hips. I captioned it "What time do you call this?" The second has mid length hair and breasts and has its arms and hands in the air with one foot on tiptoe. I captioned it "Throw your arms in the air like you just don't care!" The final figure has no hair or breasts but does have a tray it is supporting with one arm. I captioned "Your dinner is served..."

Pencil sketch of two "Filled Out Constructions" which are stick figures that now have more width. I left the lines of my sticks showing for now. Figure one has one hand behind its leg and the other up in the air giving thumbs up. The other is standing with both hands behind it. I wrote "My stick figures hope you had a Merry Christmas." And so do I!

Pencil sketches of 3 stick figures with boxy torsos to act as "warm-ups." The first stick figure is shrugging, so I have it saying "I dunno!" The second figure has one hand in its "pocket" and the other gesticulating like it's talking. I wrote "mansplainer" beside it & have it saying "well, actually!" The third figure doesn't have a rectangular torso but a more curvy shape with boobs. And it has the impression of long hair. It has a bag in one hand and its other hand on its hip and may be walking toward the viewer (not sure I captured that.) I wrote beside the sketch "I have never posed like that in my life!"
