Just returned from a 2 week surf trip. Met people from Australia, Poland, Israel, Singapore, and the lovely people of Indonesia. 100% of them were mortified of our country’s behavior, and mortified that we have done nothing to stop the rotting yam. I was embarrassed, and kind of afraid.
When you stand firm against ordering from Amazon, order from Costco, and are reminded they never sell items like toothpaste One box at a time. Oops.

It was in the Maldives and he was one of the other 9 people on the boat I was on for 10 days. Actually, one of my favorite people I met that trip. He just had a hard time controlling that giant board. I was fine, swatted it away.
