Regular Louisiana is pretty weak, so I was wildly unprepared for this. The first ingredient is habanero peppers and it's legitimately scorching, but with enough vinegar and salt to keep the flavor balanced. 8/10

This 1965 Ampeg Gemini II is my oldest piece of gear, both in terms of how long I've owned it (30 years), and it's actual age (61 years). Just got it re-tubed and it sounds amazing on everything. Really shines up a P bass w/flats. Originally marketed for accordion players!
