Suddenly remembered and started craving Bánh bèo (water fern cake). I've only seen one place serve it and they stopped.

Bánh bèo; a thin glutinous-like rice cake served in individual saucers and topped with dried ship, fried pork skin, and scallion oil. There is a dish of thinned, sweetened fish sauce in the center.

Zeta does have a ToC. It's terrible, but it's there. Zeta Plus did a much better job

I got one of these Tom Cat Stripes by Sublime Guitar Company from a pawn shop for a 100 bucks a while back and it's one of my absolute favorite guitars. Beautiful sound and feel. Company was semi-local. Absolutely bummed that Covid killed them off.
