Went to see the new tour of Priscilla last night and it was phenomenal. I've not enjoyed a musical so much in ages, it was the perfect mix of camp. There are a number of tweaks to the original story and several of the songs have been made into much bigger dance routines
Another trip to the theatre tonight to see John Godber's Bouncers at the Epstein. It was good but lots of empty seats affected the atmosphere which was a shame. Still I enjoyed it and am glad I went

Trip to the theatre tonight to see The Memory of Water at the Everyman. I didn't expect it to be so funny - it has some great one liners delivered by a stella cast. I do love my little solo theatre outings 💙
Been to see The BBC's First Homosexual at the Hope Street Theatre tonight. A excellent production set in the 50s roughly 10 years before the Naked Civil Servant. It's a fascinating glimpse into a world that seems almost inconceivable for gay men now. On again tomorrow ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
