That’s a wrap on Prague Baseball Week! After missing out on a Honkbalweek title in a one-run loss on home soil last week, the Kingdom of the Netherlands captures the Prague crown in a one-run win over Chinese Taipei under a fittingly orange sky.

Last month, Baseball Czechia unveiled a beautiful new unified visual brand. Today, I visited the agency in Prague that crafted it and learned about the powerful inspiration behind Czech baseball’s new wordmark and logos.

Drank this enormous beer in Ghent today to celebrate my birth. Had to give up a shoe as collateral to not steal the glass. Went to a lovely dinner with my beautiful pregnant wife. Ended by sharing a loaded Belgian waffle (caramel chocolate, bananas, whipped cream) with my mom. Pretty great day.
