From the latest starfury email that just popped into my mailbox, this was at the very bottom of the email 🙄
I’m not gonna go into the details, but when I went to the ‘Last Chance Saloon’ bar at Whodunnit Unrehearsed today, it was announced that it was my birthday, HB was sung to me and a cake brought out for me! I don’t think I ever went more beetroot in my life 😂🤦♀️
So the Whodunnit 4 unrehearsed Sheriff tonight was was David Haig! You may remember him from Four Weddings & a Funeral or Downton Abbey amongst many other productions Don’t ask how I landed up backstage 😂 It was such a hilarious night I couldn’t stop crying with laughter! Would highly recommend!
So after yesterday’s breakfast at BAFTA, we did a lot of walking around, passed by Banksy’s Man blinded by flag statue & finished the evening watching Ralph Fiennes at the theatre Tonight, we’re off to see Whodunnit 4 unrehearsed, looking forward to seeing who the surprise guest actor will be 😁
Well, seeing as LUX4 is delayed until next year, I decided to treat myself to an early birthday present. I went and got fitted for my new golf driver today. Titleist G2 😍 As of Monday next week, I have 3 weeks off work and tend to make very good use of it 😁

Ok, that’s it, I’m done with cooking and baking this week! Cumberland sausage & red onion chutney sausage rolls. Now I’m off to the golf course (and take the large rolls with me for my playing partner & I)
Yep, the experiment worked! I could eat all of this to myself! Banana bread with Dairy Milk Caramel chocolate 😋 All boxed up and ready to go 😁
This bank holiday weekend has been a baking experiment with a bit of golf thrown into the mix. First up was a lemon & raspberry white chocolate fudge with a ginger nut biscuit base. Next up is a banana bread and I’m going with caramel chocolate (it’s in the oven!) Results later 😁
