Now, instead of accepting accountability, Trump appears to be using the DOJ to target one of the women who beat him in court. This is what abuse of power looks like: retaliation against survivors, weaponizing the government against perceived enemies, and trying to intimidate women into silence.
Here are the facts: -A jury found Trump liable for sexually abusing Carroll. -A separate jury found him liable for defaming her after he publicly attacked her for speaking out. Together, those verdicts resulted in an $83 million judgment against him.
