I'm also at this stage of my coding night, swearing at my ai for repeatedly getting this wrong 🤣🫠
Hey kids, wanna learn about Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and how it can go so wrong if you just hand everything over to the AI agent to decide? Read all about it here: https://f.mtr.cool/gzltuaupqd
"Anytime someone maintains that a technology is inevitable, they're asking us to abandon our agency." Unavoidable? Sure. But inevitable? That's a different claim entirely. Newsletter drops this Sunday. https://f.mtr.cool/nmhsnmwfjz
seriously, he's just a bald David Brent. a chilled out entertainer 😂
I don't pay much attention to ballbag politicians if I can help it (similarly CEO's), but this latest article re: Luxo, is giving the ultimate David Brent, zero accountability, and talks directly out of his puckered sphincter- "senior jobs at a young age" *does the hand gesture everyones thinking*
this is why you gotta stay vigilant when coding with these muthaf**** LLMs! That "ha!" had me wanting to throw hands- sonofa.. 😡😂
one thing I will credit Chad (nickname for ChatGPT) with is accepting it was talking shit and it's biased and treated things differently right off the bat. but you shouldn't have to know a few things to rebut the machine before it acts right, is my point. seriously.
and reply with my usual charming personality like this.. but seriously, have you ever copped this disingenuous bullshit from an AI and wanted to run it straight at the data science/engineers who trained this model? no? just me? 😆
Often times like this I will turn to ChatGPT, sometimes for a discussion, but often times so I can wait for the guaranteed bias bullshit, like this...
Classic tech industry security improvement process... wait for it to get popped and THEN bring the posture up to the bare minimum (2FA/SSO). https://f.mtr.cool/fpjnqusazw
I discovered hackers and hacker culture in the late 1990's, online with ICQ, mIRC and BBS's (if you know what those are).
Aaaaand there it is... why NZ's largest and most resourced gang will never change.
My tattoo artist brother always been the outspoken one, from local government corruption (see: ABA, Avondale), all the way to genocides on the other side of the world. Been saying it with his whole chest since the beginning ❤️ #FreePalestine 🇵🇸
and you would be right... MedusaJS looks pretty siiick.. but also, dammit Ira! I'm already rabbit-holed on some other cool sh!t @santini.nz showed me yesterday 🤣
I was happy to get my copy in the mail today, looking forward to reading and not being surprised by anything OpenAI has done, in this book 😂
Reading RNZ, I'm often left thinking "wtaf is this piece saying or not saying and does it need to be this long to say it?" controversial take: if this is human news writing, I'll take the AI summary, thanks. www.rnz.co.nz/news/nationa...
Jah. I know. I'm from this era 👇🏽 🤣 first thing I said to a dev who was explaining what MCP did for them, was ask them how this was different to these integration services from yesteryear that managed the back<->front communication flow.
I have this weird thing where I get super curious when I see a new AI-related capability come out... but I get legit excited when I see how that new capability can be pwned 😈 last week it was "look at this MCP thing I built"... this week: hey, let's break MCP to pieces! arxiv.org/pdf/2503.232...
