You can choose from cloth stitch panels (it looks like woven cloth), half stitch panels (more holes, more delicate) or spider panels for the diamonds. You can choose cloth stitch, cloth stitch with a double half stitch edge, double half stitch or half stitch fans.

I can put a contrast colour through to outline the diamond panels, if you want one! These are all thicker threads. All the threads I use are mercerised cotton, except for the gold contrast thread. That means that your bookmark can be washed if needed, by hand and in cold water

Whatever thread you choose, I'll send the bookmark in a plastic sleeve to protect it. If you'd like something robust enough for you to use without the sleeve, maybe you'd like a slightlly thicker thread, which gives you more options for the fans along the outsides. Again, I can order more colours!

I have a decent selection of colours already in my stash - you can pick any one, two or three of these to be the main body colour(s) of the bookmark. You can pick another colour if you'd like it! I will order it. There'll be a slight delay for delivery, but you can have the colour of your choice.

You can pick your own colour, or colours, for the body of the bookmark. You can pick whether you want a contrast thread included. You can pick the pattern for each of the fans and diamond panels.

Another blue project for #showMeYourKnits ! I knitted this Lava Flow Cowl in a gorgeous deep blue DK from Posh Yarns (still miss them!) and gosh it leaked so very much dye during soaking before blocking. Spouse claimed it as soon as it was dry. #knitsky

this week's #showMeYourKnits 🧶is "light and dark" in honour of the solstice, whichever one is happening where you are. For Light I have this Ashworth scarf, light in both colour and in weight, a gorgeous laceweight scarf. And for Dark, a Cornwall Coast shawl in the colours of a dying fire. #knitsky

This week's #showMeYourKnits 🧶 theme is "What's on your needles?" so this is my #lightItUpMAL project, Braidsmaid by Martina Behm in Blend from Rohrspatz & Wollmeise. I've been meaning to remake this for years and this yarn is so soft and such a lovely colour that it makes me happy each time I knit.

this week's #ShowMeYourKnits 🧶theme is cowls - I knit more than I wear and most of them are opportunities to try out new techniques. This Looped Loop cowl was a chance for me to try out knitting continental style after initially learning English style when I was little.
