it's not a Perfect fix but you can go into your settings and turn updates off for about a month. Mine updated on the 12th and I havent had issues with it (thankfully!) so I'm not gonna fuck with it, but I recommend being a few updates behind on win11 for stuff like this

windows settings options that say the following:
Get the latest updates as soon as they're available - Be among the first to get the latest non-security updates, fixes, and improvements as they roll out. (with the button set to Off)
Pause updates - Select the date to pause updates until. (The date is set to 9/23/26 )
