Sunday Lazy Day. Sometimes when I’m looking at my legs or my waistline after showering, I still get awestruck over how small I am now. 209 lbs. today, sharing the recliner with my min-pin Buddy. Just 9 years ago, I was double that weight and entering a years-long depression.
