One of the few fellow mammalian species in the universal commonwealth and one of the rarest. Hailing from a planet of vibrant waters and icy flatlands where the sun only shines for a month out of the year. Despite their small population, they are a vital part of the commonwealth for their sonar, radio and vital deep sea research and technologies. However it is extremely rare to see one on any crew due to them primarily staying planet side. They are a species that displays sexual dimorphism with their males being half the size of females and often missing the feathery crest. Their planet has been on high restriction since one of their top researchers ship was seized by pirates.

"Vividians are a wide spread species well known for making friends across the galaxy. Insectoid in nature, the Vividians possess a soft exoskeleton, a tail-like abdomen and a pair of prehensile tendrils hidden in their back. Juvenile Vividian's are shades of grey, leading some to speculate teen pranksters may have been the source of alien sightings on earth. While not extremely advanced, they are extremely socially intelligent leading to them being great additions to crews in leadership or other positions. The slime fungus alien! A bouncy joyful species well known for their welcoming ways and enticing cuisine. Their bodies are amorphous blobs shaped however they like with multiple harder stomach like organs that ooze through them akin to a lava lamp. While not as technologically advanced as others in the Commonwealth, they have travelled just as far. This is due to their production of a vitamin and protein rich jelly like substance easily digested by many species. Their planet is an oasis free of predators and home to gigantic vibrant mushrooms that the Mycelliae also tend to. These fungal growths are known for one thing, end of life care. Evolved to soften and guide ends of the creatures of the planet to produce infant Mycelliae. Through generations of commonwealth members choosing to pass on the planet, the Mycellian population has increased rapidly in intelligence.

Gravoidian.
Enforcers of the stars. A bio-mechanical species who have engineered their bodies to survive the cold reaches of space. Once an insectoid race related to the Vivoids, they now rely on mechanically built exoskeletons to survive. While most feature a round gravity defying suit earning them their name, their leaders occupy three legged horned suits and pilot ships ingrained with their very own DNA. Gravoids tend to work best in Gravoid majority crews however many thrive on multispecies ships when given a bit of grace for their stoney personality and a healthy amount of security work to do.
