I think it generally tracks the same metrics, so it's mostly useful for filtering workouts to answer "how many calories have I burned on dance games" vs. proper HIIT 😛

I made an art! I have no real skill at drawing or painting, so obviously I chose to spend craft night doing my first acrylic painting on canvas, and it turned out better than expected 😌
