Trash truck Driver on Cape Cod, by day. Lifelong photographer (mostly nature and wildlife), but only as a hobby. Love woodworking, camping, and my wife and our three dogs. Tired of politics. Please, I don't chat. Seriously, don't DM me.
My "Hillbilly Hot Tub" is finally back up and running for the summer. Nothing like a warm soak after a long day driving a truck!
Here's one of our dog's, Roxie. She's a "Dorkie" (half Daschund/half Yorkie). She always seem to make everyone smile. Hope it helps!
I've been fortunate enough to have one visiting my boat shed every night. I've been leaving all kinds of food for him/her (loves canned cat food, and cooked chicken). I got some photos with my game camera, but still haven't had a face to face meeting. Maybe someday....
Here’s the newest “member” of my family, that I’ve never met. We suspected an opossum was hanging out in my boat shed, so I started leaving food and water, as well as a dry warm place to sleep in for him/her. After a couple of days, I put a mini game camera in there to see if our guess was correct.
My best friend, Bailey, can’t properly rest without her tongue sticking out. Just a little.
Here’s a Cape Cod View from a Trash Truck Window (I used to do this daily on my Facebook page for years)
Here's a full shot of my profile photo. I don't often post selfies, as a lot of people don't like them. The dog is my best friend, Bailey. She's a rescue from Calhoun County in West Virginia. She came to me at 1 1/2 years old, and had already had a litter of pups.
A splash of morning sun along Craigville Beach, in Centerville, MA on Cape Cod this past fall
Anyone remember these? I found them in an envelope with a newspaper ("The Cape Cod Times") I had saved in my attic from January 1st, 1977. I didn't eat them though....
"Life is a Highway". Follow every inch of it, and enjoy the ride! Life is short, don't let it slip away, by missing any of it!
