A person overly concerned with books. Stories published in Translunar Travellers Lounge, We're Here 2021 (Neon Hemlock), Strange Machines (Apex), Nature Futures.
Delta, presumably: please, Seattle, please spend your money on an international summer vacation. The Irish, presumably: you know it's like 15c and rainy right now, right? The Summerlands, obviously: come child, step into the stone circle and dance among us, never to tire or worry or return...
I snapped this photo a few weeks ago and finally got around to looking up the number. It's live. You can leave a voice message. Too millennial for phones, but need to liquidate a certain something? Try webuysouls.com; they're harvesting up and down the coast, I'm sure for good reasons.
I'm getting more ads like this and some of them aren't even targeted, like the ridiculous taskrabbit one I saw on the lightrail last week.
Someone else please tell this blurry jerk that they'll be happier outside. They don't believe me.
I really want Zwei zu eins (Two to One) to get a US release. If you have a VPN you can probably get hold of the UK or German releases, but people surfing netflix should get the pleasure of randomly coming across it.
My @pamwishbow.bsky.social city is steadily growing. I have plans for this windowsill neighborhood. The next step is probably dusting though.
Me, a little too enthusiastically: it's a holiday, time to assemble some IKEA! The open box:
I thought I'd play Koriko to give myself a benign project. Now I'm completely obsessed with over-engineered layout spreads and my cat is helping.
I'm just saying, I have this meme in a special place for special occasions and I am always ready to use it. Kissinger getting caught by death's arcade claw machine was my ast opportunity. The world can give us more.
I relive this drama at least once a day, every single day, all because they won't let me trim their claws.
I might be inside in a weirdly dark room, but I've got my summer snacks.
She's making sure I read @kateelliottsff.bsky.social's The Witch Roads with proper attentiveness. One pet, one page. Another pet, another page.
I always vote early but I'm apparently now voting within twenty minutes of receiving my ballot.
I'm getting better at marbling paper but I've never been good at consistently applying paint to the water.
Sometimes I wander through a furniture store with great staging props
I've seen the future (Nature Futures)! Next Wednesday, my flash fiction piece "The Cold Coffee Effect" will be published. Anyone with an inclination (please have an inclination) can read it online on July 9th.
Netflix has missed out on an opportunity, and that opportunity is putting these guys on every single kind of merchandise in existence. Basically spent the entire movie shrieking into a pillow "But if the next song makes the honmoon permanent, will this precious baby be OK?"
Me, organizing my stationery to avoid thinking about the world: oh yes I do have a pretty great collection of stickers.
They're super pretty but I'm not the biggest fan of paperblanks for two reasons: 1)I don't find the paper works well with fountain pen, and 2) one of my cats thinks this is a primo scratching surface, and if you look closely you can tell. None of my other notebooks are this desirable to her.
Seattle's sticker scene is really top-notch, what else can I tell you.
