Unlike MN, WA hasn’t been invaded by thousands of masked federal thugs, but that doesn’t been things are quiet here. Per their official data, ICE grabbed and imprisoned nearly 2,250 people in the last three months of 2025.
Questions for whistle, RR, and ICE watch friends: Do you use a specific whistle protocol? (eg Code 1 = ICE is nearby = short blasts) How helpful are the different “codes” in real life? What do you think of switching to a single whistle code? Essentially: blow whistle if you see ICE

Can confirm that Julie is a regular at our Friday whistle factories at Common Power! We meet every Friday 10:30-2 at Common Power’s office in downtown Seattle, right around the corner from the federal building. Drop in for your lunch break or stay the whole time.
If you want whistles to give away in your community, you can set up a Whistle Drop Box in a local business. We keep a map of these locations. Do some hyperlocal advertising with flyers or on Reddit, and soon random strangers will be dropping off free 3D printed whistles.
