Klaw is close to done on Druchii, once the green stuff has dried a while, prob tomorrow I can cut/sand it off to fit the blue bits better. Went with a Poisoned fangs style for the missing two blades, also working on her personal Banna wava Mimdy. #Nerdlings #Warhammer40K #Orks
Druchii took a bit of a fall a few months ago, arm shattered, claws snapped off and impossible to re-attach, so am putting her back together, repaired the arm, and moved her onto a fresh 40mm with more sculpted details so she can can be a counts as Big Boss. Klaw tomorrow. #Nerdlings #Orks

She's a great figure, I have her in my D&D collection of models for combats, although mine was converted for a specific character. (The one marked Saera) Most of them in the current game are Kazdroc in our setting, a desert nomadic Orc people, hence the more sandy skin tone.
Sorting out my hobby corner & found the Synthwhen diorama models (they've been missing for a while) & had I found them 2 days ago would have added one of these girls for sure. I really need to retouch them up at some point as I did light effects on them, but need to return them to a static style.
Apart from the Intercessors which I should get in a week, all the other marines from Armageddon are together. All Dark Angels, the Speeder is Ravenwing. #Nerdlings #Warhammer
My 'Dire Suns' Goblins Mercenary Company are back on the painting table, who are fire themed, so summer ish. Along with a couple of allies for the greater Goblin Horde.
I had so many of these back in the day... the only one I have left sits on my 'display' of fave cards on my desk cabinet.

Started to sort through my white Dwarf boxes as relocating the mags from upstairs to down into larger boxes, and found an old WHFB rule book, I think 4th/5th but with the create your unit rules right on the back. Exhibit A on why I am so willing to add units to my games. 🫠 #Nerdlings #Warhammer
Decided after a bit of thought to leave Scythes for Kill Team and focus on only Dark Angels as my main army, so the Armageddon stuff is joining the DA. Only done the characters so far, but happy with the shoulder carving to replace with moulded Dark Angel pads (except the Librarian) #Nerdlings
So spraying was a success, no issues with the temp, yay. I went with a Bad Moon & Death Skull Mob in the end as I already have two Blood Axe Kommando Mobs. Added ten of the older Grots to get up the numbers plus a Runtherd. Still debating Marine chapter, maybe start tomorrow. #Nerdlings #Warhammer

Started the second squad, but having the same arms on different bodies is not going to fly, so to the Ork Bitz box we go. Also making an assumption for whatever odd reason GW made not to have heavy weapons in the Boyz mobs in this box, the unit in the codex will have them. #Nerdlings #Warhammer
So after my other scale shots I discovered I had enough parts for 20 older Boyz in my bits box, the older plastic kit from around 2000ish. After putting them together it's not as bad as I first thought, but more bulk and some scale issues between them are obvious. #Nerdlings #Warhammer

So the Nob does feel larger than even the last update already, but the older Nobz are definitely now on the edge of too small. Boyz not as bad, new ones are very slightly larger? but my converted Snakebite. 'savage' Boyz are still good. 😀 Likely I sell my older Nobz mob. #Nerdlings #Warhammer
Was at the Midnight pick up at Langdon Games last night, loads picking up boxes... then promptly fell asleep after getting home. 🫠 Put three Orks together so far today and a) amazing b) if the Boyz are as upscaled as the Nobz I might be clearing out most of my older Orks. 🙃😅 #Nerdlings #Warhammer
